Terms of Use
These terms are an agreement between you and Sunnatillo Yusupov, an individual based in Tashkent, Uzbekistan ("we"), about your use of RepClash, which is offered to people in the United States and Canada (except the province of Quebec). By ticking the box when you start, or by using RepClash, you agree to them. How we handle personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy and, for exercise data, the Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy. RepClash is free; we do not take payments.
Who can use RepClash
You must be 16 or older. If you are younger you may not use RepClash. You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your login details safe. Tell us if you think someone else is using your account.
How results work
Results are counted by an automatic camera counter and are estimates; they may be inaccurate and are not medical or professional measurements. They are counted on your device, so we cannot prove they are correct. Do not describe results as "verified".
Fair play
Do not cheat or tamper: no fake or automated submissions, no abusing the app's interfaces, no attempts to bypass limits or the bot check, no creating accounts to manipulate challenges or clubs, no scraping, and no interfering with the service or other people's use of it. We may remove results or accounts that look manipulated.
Your content
Your display name, club and challenge names, and results are shown to other people as described in the Privacy Policy. Choose a name you are comfortable sharing. Do not use names or club names that are offensive, hateful, sexual, illegal, misleading, that infringe someone's rights or that impersonate someone. You keep ownership of your content and give us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host and display it inside RepClash and on the share cards you create, only to run the service. The licence ends when you delete the content or your account (except for copies others already saved or shared).
Reporting. To report content or a person that breaks these terms, or an alleged infringement, email thesunnatilloyusupov@gmail.com with a link and a short explanation. We review reports and may remove content, clubs or accounts, and we tell the person affected the reason where the law requires. You can object to a decision by replying to our message.
Clubs and challenges
Links to challenges and clubs can be forwarded by anyone who has them. Open clubs can be joined by anyone with the link. Share links only with people you want to see that information. We may remove clubs, challenges or members that break these terms.
Third-party services
RepClash runs on services provided by others (for example Supabase and Cloudflare). We are not responsible for outages or changes of those services.
Availability and changes
RepClash is provided "as is" and "as available", without promises that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, except where the law gives you rights that cannot be excluded. We may change, suspend or stop features. We may update these terms; if a change is material we will tell you in the app or by email before it applies, and if you do not accept it you can stop using RepClash and delete your account.
Ending your use
You can delete your account in Profile at any time. We may suspend or end accounts that break these terms or the law, and may delete guest accounts that stay inactive (see the Privacy Policy).
Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for injury, loss or damage arising from your use of RepClash, including from exercising, or for indirect or consequential losses, lost data or lost streaks. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or intentional misconduct, and your statutory consumer rights (for example in the United States and in Canada) are not affected.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan. If you are a consumer, you keep the mandatory consumer-protection and data-protection rights of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in the courts of that country. Please contact us first at the address below; most problems can be solved by talking.
